Over the course of my career, I have had some unique experiences working with Real Estate Agents and with outside sales representatives.  While the industries are vastly different, the characteristics of the sales process, people, and challenges are the same.  Building, maintaining, and growing relationships are the center of both.   This blog is a way for me to share my observations around buying and selling a home, my solutions to some of the common problems, and some of my favorite things for some fun.
